1. Courses
1.1 Refund Policy:
Refunds are not available once access to course materials, live classes, or recordings has been granted.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled live class, we may provide an alternative session or access to a recording, subject to availability.
1.2 Course Rescheduling:
If a course is postponed or rescheduled by us, participants will be informed, and access to the new session will be provided at no additional cost.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, you may request a credit for future courses.
1.3 Enrollment Cancellations:
Cancellations made prior to accessing course materials are eligible for a refund, minus a processing fee of ₹500 or 10% of the course fee, whichever is higher.
2. Indicators
2.1 Refund Policy:
Refunds are not provided once the indicator license has been activated and delivered.
We recommend reviewing all product details and compatibility requirements before purchase.
2.2 Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made prior to the delivery of the indicator. Once the activation key or access link is shared, cancellations will not be processed.
2.3 Technical Issues:
If the indicator fails to function as advertised due to technical errors, we will work to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.
Refunds for technical issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided the issue cannot be resolved within 7 business days.
3. Subscriptions and Bonuses
3.1 Subscriptions:
Subscriptions to indicators or tools are non-refundable once the subscription period begins.
You may cancel the subscription at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for unused periods.
3.2 Bonus Offers:
Refunds on bundled courses or indicators that include bonus features (e.g., free indicator access) will not include the value of the bonus.
4. General Terms
4.1 Refund Process:
Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@mycmv.in with proof of payment and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
4.2 Cancellations Due to Misconduct:
If access to our services is terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, no refunds will be issued.
